Pathetic and disappointing

When you get a look at their page it’s so appealing and exciting to think that you could recieve the same box but when I ordered a custom box for a gift ,they lacked proper business etiquette and once I received the box everything was sooo cheap and looked as if they didn’t put in the same effort as they showcase on their page . A spend R300 on a box worth R250 . When I complained they disregarded it and would not refund me yet they do not have any policy stating refunds would not be allowed . This was the most disappointing and upsetting service I’ve received . The reason local businesses have bad reps ! ...
