Epitho and Lekkersit.co.za

So....long story short. My daughter placed an order for R13000+ with Lekker Sit. co.za. When she shared that with me, all excited about what she ordered, I said that I would like to buy some of the items for them as a present. Unbeknown to me, what the cost is, I went onto the website Lekker Sit.co.za where the cost of the benches is R600 each. I then placed an order for three benches, however when I wanted to pay I could not? I sent a message and phoned and was told there was a problem with the web page. I even received a mail, confirming my order as well , with banking details , the amount of R1800 which I wanted to pay. Then I got the whattsapp to say that the web page was incorrect etc etc..... I felt strongly that they need to honor the order. The WhatsApp came back )I made screenshots etc) to confirm that " they will honor it because their name is more important to them" I whattsapp back that I respect them for that and I will transfer the monies but need confirmation what the delivery cost will be . Eventually, because they also had an argument about that, I indicated to them that I will pay the R450 , that they originally quoted my daughter for the R13000+ order even though my order is much less. In spite of the WhatsApp where Cornwila said, that she would honor my order, she then turned around and said she needed approval from her Manager. That was a few days after the what'sapp. Why commit to your client and then backtrack? That was like 7 days ago. How must I know I know what the correct price was? I trust that when I sign onto a webpage your information is correct. Specifically, if I receive a mail to confirm my order and " you need to pay with the banking details" ?TToday, I received an email from " Epitho" a recycling company in Middelburg that they are not going to honor the order. This despite a mail, a whatsapp, and a verbal confirmation with the lady (who called me "dishonest" on a call which I did tell her I was recording) because their website had the wrong prices?? So disappointing that a company like this has no integrity or honesty even though she told me how "honest" she is to tell someone that their price of cheese is not correct?? Never ever trust Epitho and Lekker sit.co.za. I have all the screenshots of the order from their website as well as the whattsapp.
