Cleansing Service Provider

A cleaning service provider that gave me the worst service ever. She delivered an unsatisfactory clean. After i requested what happens next, she said they will come fix it. I asked when she said Friday, never pitched. I sent her whatsapp , emails, inbox's, and voicemails. she ends up blocking my number. I paid her in advance for the service for the month. she still owes me 2 cleans and never came to deliver the service.
