Deducting Money even after several cancellations

I subscribed to it as referred by a friend. in 2014, I cancelled it several times, but up to today, they are still deducting amounts of R199.00 from my account. I am sick and tired of dealing with these people. All i want is for them to leave my account alone especially because I cancelled more than once last year!!!!!!
