LEISURE SURVEY GROUP_ APPALLING (PUTTING IT KINDLY)

Firstly, the only reason that I have given a 1 star rating is simply because it is a requirement to do so in order to write a review.

Moving on, yesterday, I received a call from a lady named Monique Henkeman congratulating me on being selected as a winner of a travel voucher for my family and I... I asked her where she got my information from and she told me she got it from Face Book under listed salons as I am a mobile salon owner.

She then told that my family and I should make my way to The Redding Country Club to collect said voucher. I was then transferred to her manager who then gave me reference number and reinforced the notion that my family and I should collect the voucher at a time slot that we agreed on.

However, after the phone call, as I do with all such phone calls, I went online to do my due diligence rtegardiung the company. Google refered me to HelloPeter with multiple negative rev iewsa aboiut the company and so naturally my family and i did not go to collect the voucher.

Today, moments ago, I recieved a call from Cahntelle from said company and well, it was not pleasant to say the least! She called from a private number and told me that "I was hook, line & sinker" regarding the arrangement and that I had no option but to follow through with it. She asked why I had changed my mind about the matter and I told her I did my due diligence and based on my findings, I was no longer interested in whatever they had to offer. She got real nasty, calling HelloPeter in particular a disease.

Nonetheless, she kept calling and calling and calling and well, I did not answer.

PLEASE, PEOPLE, DO NOT ENTERTAIN THE LEISURE SURVEY GROUP.
