LEISURE QUIP - SURPRISINGLY POOR QUALITY

My partner and I are keen campers and bought a LEISURE QUIP rechargeable air pump which came with both 220V AC and 12V DC (car charger) adaptors.

We used it once or twice with no problem. It has been packed away in it's original box and I pulled it out to inflate my gym ball and of course the battery was flat. I left it on charge overnight as the instructions say and it simply won't charge. I also tried the car charger without success. Not impressed, the pump is practically brand new.
