What are you trying to achieve?

We have been invited several times to attend one of their presentations. We have received 3 vouchers from them. Every time we try to register for the free vacation, we receive a message saying that the reference number is invalid. My parents have experienced the same with the voucher that they received. They drove all the way to Murrayfield, when they got there, the power was down, but to compensate they received a voucher. When I tried to register them, it again said, reference invalid.
