What a bunch of sharks

I paid Leisure Portfoilio Association a deposit of R 3918.00 from my credit card on the 13 February 2016. I did not sign a contract as I still wanted to read through it. I paid the deposit as I was told I would not get the discounted price thereafter. My husband subsequently lost his job and we decided that we would not be able to afford the monthly payments. We asked for a refund of the deposit paid and we were told each time that it was being dealt with. Finally after much complaining I was sent a form to complete for the refund last week on 30 March 2016.<br> This morning I got a message on my phone from the bank indicating that they had taken a further R3918.00 from my account. So they have NOT passed the refund but also taken more money from me. I need this money desperately as I am the soul breadwinner at the moment.
