Warning: **** company

This is my second review since from last year cause my matter haven't been resolved I keep getting threatening emails from their lawyers. I wrote a review about this ****ty company last the way they handled my complaint I'm not happy. I spoke to a lady called Xenecia who said she will investigate and revert back to before the lockdown even today I'm still waiting for her feedback of lately she just ignores my emails. I joined leisure portfolio in 2018 and a few day I called to cancel my membership and it was approved I was even promised a refund then all of a sudden they said the consult I spoke to who who send me a refund form is *********** and doesn't know his work properly this was said by Brandon then another called me and said I must pay R28 000 something for cancelation where else I did everything on time they delayed on their side, how is them not doing their jobs properly my problem, why should I pay for them not doing their jobs properly? I would never advise anyone to go to this company
