Very unprofessional agent ( VUYO)

An agent by the name of Vuyo called me with her personal cellphone ( ********** 337) and told me where to get off, after i told her that my wife and i will not be able to make it for the scheduled meeting.

I was amazed that she even took the time to use her cellphone to be able to swear at me. made it seem like she was doing me a favour by going to receive a voucher.
