unfair treatement

hi in 2017 i took a mebership with LPA for holidays and accomodations,i paid all the money the requested joining fees etc.i was paying my monthly premuim well after joining.However i started to have finacial problems my house caught fire i lost verything that was not insured.So i decided to end my membership with LPA, i colled them and explained my situation but this company continued to dedact my account, i called them again regarding the cancellation of my membership.Mind you since i have taken this membership i have never travelled or gone on any holiday trough LPa,i have never used any o their service up todate.Upon my request for cancellation LPA wants me to pay a cancellation fee of R9000-R22000.Like i said i dont have money to these people worst of all i never used their services,Now i am receiving e mails and calls from attorneys who are demading payments.I feel this is ripoff and unfair,i am being forced to pay for service that i have never used
