********* behavior from Leisure Portfolio Association
LPA I have been with you for years, always paying my fees without any hassles. This year though it suddenly changed when I received a sms telling me I was in arrears and was already handed over to a collection company, which the way I can compliment because they are way more helpful and professional than the LPA Call Center Agent - Bianca. I called to find out why I was in arrears as the last statement I received still told me I was in current state with an amount, long and short they charged me a collection fee from day 1 that I supposedly was in arrears (due to my week moving to June and not July anymore - thanks for letting me know that it moved - didn't happen) with and then collection fee for an additional something I have no clue what it was for. I paid all of it as I really didn't want to loose my holiday. Here is the thing LPA - I am a single mother of 2 children and the only breadwinner, it is hard time with the Corona Virus hitting everyone, people are standing together even huge companies like Standard Bank, FNB you name them are helping people out where they can as they know people battle financially. But NO not LPA lets milk the people for more money, let us not let them know they were late with a payment before we hit them with a collection fee because we can make more money out of them. Just to let you know, this month I can't afford a necessity because I had to use that money to pay you so that I didn't end up black listed effecting me and my children in the future, You have no moral and ethical values. I am ashamed of the fact that I even supported you in the hope that I could at least take us on a week holiday every year.
