These people will convince you with lies, lies, lies

I've changed my banking accounts as i was with QVC before since 2010 then changed to LPA who claimed to be better than QVC. They claim they are not as binding as QVC and that they have more available resorts and dates for holidays. Bunch of ****, i was given a voucher that was never used for lack of availability. They just want my money and i have changed my bank as i have tried to reason with them and even opted out but they dont want to hear it. People who work there dont even know their own policies and procedures...useless bunch customer services. And now i just feel trapped by these people. They promised me a Kruger rand last when i renew contract with QVC only to find out they are worst ***** that the initial ones.
