Stay away from LPA!

I have experienced really poor service from LPA and have written them a long, but polite letter explaining my frustration with the service provided. However, they think so little of their customers that they haven't even bothered to acknowledge receipt of my letter.

Because of the poor service received I logged on to "HelloPeter" with the intention of giving them a really bad review, but I see 195 people have beaten me to it! Reading some of the reviews has been really eye opening!
