********** : I went to Bryanston for a presentation and got a free voucher to go on holiday with my family anywhere in the country depending on whats available on their website. Indeed i booked to go to Manzi Monate next week and we were happy. To confirm your booking you need to pay R500 that is refundable once they confirm that you really went to youe destination.
Today I printed the confirmation letter that im supposed to bring with to my holiday and only to find out that the lodge details are saying i booked somewhere in CapeTown , when i called to rectify the system error; i was told there's nothing they can do its either i go to Baywater village in Western Cape or i forfeit my money or they can make an arrangement to go to Monateng Safari Lodge but have to pay additional R1500 and will forfeit my R500......what nonsense...
These people will **** you ...angry

It's very unlikely this was a system error. The system cannot confirm a week you did not select.
This is however a One Year Gift complain, not LPA. We will ask Hello Peter to move this to the correct page.
We will also be escalating this to the OYG department to contact you urgently to try and assist with your query.
