I was promised holiday whenever I want only to find out later when I want to go on holiday that they choose dates for me and as a working person I can't go whenever they want me to go, then when I asked them to cancel since they never explained this to me at first they said they will cancel and apologized but now they went back on their word and say I have to pay R10000 cancelation fee on top of the loss that I have suffered on premiums for the whole year without even one vacation.
