Regrets of high levels

I'm so angry..... I signed up in towards the end of November 2022. The sales guy made me to believe I would pay R1100 at most on monthly bases and this include the monthly levies.

Dec 30th was my first payment and it was R1100 and I was ok with that. Then January I realize they debiting twice around R400 for levies and R1100 for the profile.

I was not happy, I called them they told me, the reason the price is now over R1500 a month is because I have to pay the full annual fees before August. ( this was not explained to me)

At this point I feel I was manipulated and deceived so I was very angry and asked them to cancel the contract and refund my deposit and payments they received.

They then responded cancelation fee is R12 000!!!!!!!!!. I am boiling at this stage. Then they say they can reduce my fees to around R1300 total and they can shorten the 15 year contract to 3 years. I said let's shorten the contract. This month I see they debited again R1500 plus. I asked them why. Apparently you have to pay R1500 if that's the case

I am so angry because I want out of this company I waisted enough money on them. I don't trust them and I don't have a way out. I am so angry. They enslave you to them once you sign the contract. I feel I was ******* into this, I am not getting what I was made to believe ill get. I was 2 months with them when I realized this is not what I thought it was.

What is their cancelation period? I feel trapped and I don't know what to do....

Worst is my partner wasn't keen on this and I convinced him... He is not happy to say the least
