Refuse to postpone and refund me

I had a voucher with them which i redeem and make a booking for march booking which was on the 04 of march to 8 of march 2024 ...unfortunately fo to unforseen circumstances i had to cancel the trip and i call them to postpone...wch they ddnt i ask for a refund n they told me it's no refundable ,i am not happy with their service
