Refusal to refund deposit

On Saturday the 13th of February I accompanied my fiance to a so-called presentation for a new product on holiday destinations and products of which we would have been given a free holiday just by attending. When we got there a woman by the name Colleen gave us a pitch on how we could buy a holiday chalet. At first we thought it was too good to be true but then changed our minds when she convinced us that we could also rent it out. <br> <br> <br> We agreed and she ran up and down so fast with a contract which came 1 page at a time to ensure that you never read it. A few days later, we decided to cancel the contract since our lawyer said it was not a sound investment. We submitted the cancellation letter which Colleen signed and promised we would get our refund soon. Now all we get are stories from her and her manager yet when they made us pay in such a hurry we did. <br> <br> These people are a ***** and make people sign and pay in such a rush and get them stuck in their **** since many won't even get to know there is a 5 working days' cancellation clause until its too late. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from these ********** who rob people of their hard-earned money. <br> <br> #LPAmustfall!!!!!!
