Prolonged Cancellation 'do not sign up with this company'

I sent an email for cancellation on the same day that I signed this contract and I haven't received any response I'm guessing since it was a Saturday. On the Monday I called their office spoke to one of their consultants she said said she wants an email from me confirming that I want to cancel cancel. She then sent me an email so that I could respond to it with my request. I sent her an email the following day asking about feedback she said she would tell me when she's received it from the 'cancellation consultants'. Two days later I sent her another email she hasn't responded since. I called again yesterday spoke to a different consultant she told me they are dealing with alot cancellations.. So all I want to know is how long must I wait for this to be resolved... Looking at the reviews this has been one of my biggest mistakes don't do it people don't sign that contract I wish I knew before I went. Now they are playing a run around.
