Problem not resolved
last year in November we went to Ngwenya lodge and Winchester Maketing called us. not interested into buying as the deal didnt suit us. D Erasmus told us and convinced us that we were doing the right thing. we are with QVC and they are ******* according to him. Jose who is 70 years old was convinced by him to buy. D Erasmus would let us leave until we bought. he and his manager told us that we would be better off buying a week at Ngwenya lodge. We were told that we would be paying LPA only and until now we are also paying QVC. LPA according to them is cheaper. Why are we paying 2 entities? sent a letter twice to LPA, they dont bother to reply. spoke to Barend from LPA who told me that we signed a document, therefore they are not in the wrong because we signed a document. LPA does not have to sort out anything even though we arent happy. they behave like a bunch of ******, to us they are ******. nothing has been sorted out. we want out of this deal, but the document is signed. its all legal according to them. this is mental ****, we are unhappy and they just continue charging us and not dealing with the matter. their system spits out a ref number for what? disgusting how people just are so *******!!! now weeks later they publish that the problem has been resolved!
