Poor survive from Leisure Portfolio Association
We made a booking at Ngwenaja Lodge from the 3rd of September till the 10th of September. We were asked to pay in R1 039.00 because due to the fact that LPA placed us in a 6 sleeper and our normal week is for a 4 sleeper. We could not go during the last week in August when our normal week come up, because of the lockdown our normal week was due. My wife made our booking on the Friday of the 13th of August. We made our payment on the 14th and because we could not send through the proof of payment during the weekend, we send it through on the Monday the 16th of August. We did not hear any thing from LPA or its staff so my wife phoned on Tuesday the 17th early the morning and was told that the booking has not been finalized, but Me. Megan Pretorius will phone us later the same day. We never heard any thing from Me. Pretorius and got a call on the 19th of Augusto inform us that our booking has been given to somebody else, would we like to stay at another place. They have available places in January 2022. I think that the person that took our booking did not do his/her work because the booking was not finalized on Tuesday morning. LPA has got no idea of customer servive.
