Poor Service

<p>As a LPA member I occupied my accommodation at Crystal Springs from 30 December - 06 January 2017. On my arrival before 3 Pm I waited till 5pm before being checked in. Reason that rooms are still being cleaned. I also booked the Jacuzzi facilities twice and both times I found other guest in the Jacuzzi and that bath was dirty. Why do we book if this happen. On the 31 December there was a braai for the guest and I found that the music that was played was catered for one race group (white). I requested other music (House) and it was eventually played but softly. This to me is ******. The restaurant even was out of stock by the Wednesday for guest to order food.I find the resort in general not a child friendly place since the chalets and the kids activities is far apart and adults have to accompany kids at all times.</p> <p>This type of service is not acceptable. As a LPA member I don't know how I will enjoy my stay there annually.</p> <p>I wrote my complaints on the check out card but nobody called me and even lodge a complaint on LPA website with no reponse.</p>
