Poor Client Service!!!

My number was referred to a Lady by the name of Unice, who called me and made an appointment for her to tell me more about their product, after canceling the appointment she personally set me an sms, in a nut shell telling me how annoyed she is because "I didn't HONOUR an appointment" of which I told her I can cancel an appointment anytime I want!!! She kept on bombarding me with these sms's, which I have told her to leave me alone beacuse I am not interested!!! LPA employees should learn to RESPECT their jobs and their Clients.... Why is she taking this whole thing personal?? Could it be a ****....???
