NOTHING LIKE A FREE HOLIDAY!!!! Empty Promises

On 8 February 2020 my partner attended a LPA presentation at Monateng Safari Lodge on Booking reference number BK1-24723 for an hour on their holiday rental for 15 years and was promised a family holiday voucher for a weekend / midweek with no obligation to buy anything...

After the presentation we were told that the voucher will be sent to us via sms, and we have not received any voucher of any kind. Please advise if this was just empty promises and a trick to waste our time and petrol?

I can't believe that any company will their people this way!
