No response

I went for a presentation and received a mid week voucher which is valid for one year, I have tried booking every week day since last year November, I have sent various emails and tried calling, and left more than 10 messages for a lady by the name of Sonia Steyn has still not returned my call to explain what the problem is, I keep getting an automated email explaining how the booking system works, I have followed all the steps and I am still not winning. I would advise no one to go for the presentations at Leisure Portfolio Association and receiving this useless voucher. Its a marketing ****.
