No help
I have a Higher Court order for the LPA to be put in my ex wifes name.
Now they have blacklisted me and give me the run around ignoring the Higher Court Order.
Please help

Someone please help.
This was their reply..
"Please be so kind as to note that currently your file with LPA is in RLN status, what this means is that your file with LPA has been in arrears for so long that the file has been cancelled and a cancellation fee has been loaded. Due to the fact that the file is in your name when it was cancelled, it cannot be transferred. With regards to the arrears, Mrs Smit will and yourself will need to come to a private agreement in order to settle the arrears.
Someone please help.
