Misrepresentation of Financial records

Who is in control of Leisure Portfolio Associations Financial records? I received two different sets of bills. One from LPA itself stating that I'm now due for a R700 payment, and the next moment a bill from "Orion Collections" stating that I'm "in a few minutes" over R4000 in arrears and that I must pay immediately to avoid further "collection charges". Even after the payment of R5000 they kept on phoning. It is clear that LPA has two sets of Financial records which surely constitute a misrepresentation.
