LPA Takes its Clients For Granted once you sign the Contract

This is a Company prepared to trap people into a contract which you cannot come out from. Once you signed and then you need assistance, they just promise to contact you and they dont.

I signed a contract with LPA in March 2018. I was given a 7 days Voucher which expires in a year. Now is November and every-time I ask for assistance to register the Voucher they keep on saying "a Consultant from one year Gift will contact me regarding a Voucher or else ask me to send the Picture of the Voucher, state where I received it and my contact numbers. The same response I got from Cherlize Botha, Angelique Klopper and also from another Consultant named Victor. (one of the reference is ********** )

Secondly money is debited from my account by LPA . when I wrote inquiry email, Victor responded that two Accounts are on each Portfolio. which means two debit orders. he sent to me a contract I signed which I had already. There is no where it states that three debit orders are to be processed. Then I wrote back to him two times since 24 October and no response at all from him or any other LPA Consultant. This is so frustrating and when I tried to get out of this contract I was told I should pay about R16000 for services I never used. I Paid the Portfolio fees for this year and monthly payments and I have not even used my week.
