LPA *****ing honest people's money

The leisure Portfolio Association decided to cancel my R55000.00 investment after Losing my job and I battled to pay my levy for 2020. I asked them for assistance last year without any help...all I received was rude phone calls and when I called them they refused to assist. Take into account that we were not even allowed to travel during September 2020 due to covid-19 restrictions. Still they wanted their levy!!! When I called them earlier this year I was again assisted by a rude and unhelpful Bianca and a Nicholas ( He even refused to spell his surname). Nicholas told me I have to pay the levy for 2020 and 2021 which amounts to R16391 and forfeit my holiday investment of R55000.00. !!!!!! Oh and by the way, when you want to book for any holidays there are never any places available and if you don't take up your holiday...that too is forfeited if you do not space bank your points. RCI is a wonderful efficient holiday club. You can book holidays throughout the year and you get treated like a person/customer! LPA do not know what customer service is, all they want to do is rob people of their investments!!! You are the biggest ******* and ***** .......such smooth talkers when you make the investment!! LPA you wait and see what is going to happen to you!! you will not be getting away with your schemes with me!!! To all the people that have been ******** out of their points and investments let's stand together and fight this *******!!!!
