LPA Ridiculous cancellation policy
LPA is the worst company to deal with that I have ever came across. I spoke to a women at their office about canceling my membership due to that fact that i am about to loose my job and that I will not be able to afford to pay my monthly membership fee any longer. After explaining my situation to her she suggested I pay the R11 000 cancellation penalty or try and find someone to take over my membership, which is IMPOSSIBLE as I have tried and every time I approach someone and they hear the name LPA they simply just say no event if I try and explain to them how it works. It is as if LPA is toxic. I mean If I can not afford to pay R900 a month were on earth am I suppose to get this ridiculous amount of R11 000 to pay to cancel this membership. DO NOT let any of their agents, sales person trick you in to thinking you can cancel this membership as it is impossible, they keep you ransomed for years unless you pay a crazy amount to get out. STAY AWAY
We are sorry you feel this way. LPA offers payment relief if your income has been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. Please call them to find out more. If you insist on cancelling your agreement, ask the team about their exit options, should you not wish to pay the premature exit fee.
