LPA - no refund hassles

I took out a points contract with them on 9 March 2024 at their Mount Amanzi resort. I paid the joining fee same day. After some discussion with my wife, we decided that it is not the right time for us to buy such a product as we are between jobs.

I terminated the contract on the 14th March 2024, today I went to their offices to confirm the termination. I was assisted by Mr Nicholas at their offices is Mooikloof, and was given a full refund.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I look forward to doing business with them in future.
