LPA - Never Sign Up with Them

LPA is a bunch of dishonest people and catch people by getting them to sign and not explain properly but once caught you cannot get out. We signed up with LPA after nearly cancelling, in hindsight I should never had signed. The person selling it to us asked us to come back to the office and sign but when we said we want to check he got very agitated. Eventually we signed after LPA HO was contacted and values were agreed. We did not note that we had to pay 01 April every year, even though just below that on the contract it states 3 months before occupation. In addition we received an email at the beginning of April confirming we had to pay 3 months before occupation. Our week is in August therefore payment is due by end of May. I have now been charged nearly R500.00 more for "late" payment. Please never sign up with this company, you are as good as getting a jail sentence. They do not allow you to get out of the contract and keep on charging you.
