LPA Lumen Ventis **** Leisure group

I had a call from LPA Lumen Ventis stating that they want to give me a free holiday voucher ref J6115 They invited me to 20 Georgian Crescent, Eastbury House first floor. I took an hour work to attend this presentation and receive the voucher. My friend sent me a message to say it is real, she got the voucher. We have daughters the same age and go on holiday together. Although I was invited to bring my husband, I did not because we are separated and it is non of LPAs business. When I arrived, they said sorry you cannot have a voucher and you cannot attend the presentation since it was a couples event. They did not disclose that the voucher was conditional to your spouse attending the event. Funny thing is, my friend is divorced and she went with her 8 year old and was given a voucher which I have seen. I do not know what **** they are running, but when I googled, I found that there were lots of negative stories about LPA Leisure group. I am extremely angry that they wasted my time and money. Not forgetting the weird receptionist Carol Madau, if that is even her real name. She kept saying, so you are back again, are you a member of (quoted an alphenumeric reference) even though I indicated that I was there for a voucher and presentation. Now my friend told me that actually try to sell you a timeshare in the presentation, which they do not disclose when they invite you. I will rather stick to bookings.com and safarinow.
