LPA Leisure Portfolio association

We had a phone call from a representative from LPA portfolio association that invited us to a timeshare conference and promised us a free weekend or midweek away with no strings attached. However we with blindvolds on and childish trust we went to this seminar. We arrived at the Uvongo river resort and was welcomed in by the gate security and showed where to park. That is where our expectations ended we followed the directional arrows to no:29, at the door we smelled a bad aroma from the unit obviously somebody had been to the toilet just before our arrival. We were instructed to take a seat on a 3 seated space and there was 4 of us attending. The lady that was sweeping the floor was subsequently our consultant. We asked for Nicolas and the lady tried o call him as he was not at the office at the time arranged and she said there is a miss understanding and be should be dealing with her, she started the seminar with us sneezing and coughing into her shirt which is not professional at all!! She asked !e a question and as I was replying the other gentleman in the office was walking out with a broom!! I dins that very offending and unprofessional. We were promised 45 mins for this seminar and subsequently walked out 2 hours later with a promise that our free holiday voucher wiil be in our email account before we get home. I still informed her that we live 30min away and she confirmed that it will be done before we for home. Anyway Saturday morning I returned to Uvongo river resort and knocked on unit 29 at 8:00am in the morning. Phillip answered the door in his boxer shorts as he obviously lives there, and promised me it will be sorted out by noon on Saturday morning 11/08/2018, up to no after numerous sms's which Boniwe gave us her number and many phone calls no answer!!!!! We have been ****med. Please can the owner of LPA leisure portfolio association contact us to correct the fault or admit ***** as they proclaim to be associated with RCI.
