LPA is a big ****

We attended the presentation & it was late in the evening. There was no recording during the presentation, we asked questions such as should we want to cancel the contract at any time can we do it? Mr Mojalefa said yes at any time and a lot more questions just to understand really what this is about. Then when we were about to sign the contract, the 3rd person came in as a witness and he started recording. He said to us now that it's late at night, he is quickly going to take us through the process of signing and we should not worry because what we are signing up for is everything we were told, asked about and understood. He quickly read only the enticing parts and deliberately skipped other things. We signed the contract and were told we can't get a copy that same night, it will be emailed. Their cooling off period for cancelation is 10 days, which we were not told about. We received our contract days later. Then 3 months down the line they started deducting more money than what was agreed and when we questioned that they told us that it's how it supposed to be. When we wanted to cancel were now told about their 10 days cooling off period. They say 10 days knowing that they start ****ming people their money 3 months later after signing their contract and think that we now don't have a way out. They refuse to accept our cancellation and now say that if we want to cancel we should pay R9200 for cancellation. We did not use any of their services & neither their voucher. I changed my banking details in order to stop them taking more money *******ly from me as they were refusing to cancel the contract. Now they are threatening to contact my Employer and demand money from my salary. They have already debited over R6500 for something that I have not used and have ****med us into signing it. Now they demand R9200 in order to cancel everything.
