LPA Dishonesty

A sales agent discussed the benefits with me, but at no stage disclosed details on additional payments nor the terms and conditions for early termination. I was only advised on this once I requested my contract to be terminated due to financial constraints as a result of the current economic situation in SA. I had to make a number of inquiries regarding the termination, and was then referred to their website. The T&C's for cancellation is hidden behind the membership login on the website, a clear indication that they are dishonest and *******. Surely you should be informed about this before signing a contract, or at least be able to access the information without having to join first. They are clearly hiding information from prospective customers until it is to late. Warning to prospective customers: ASK for a copy of the termination T&C's BEFORE you sign, otherwise you will be **********. On top of my initial payment and monthly membership fee, they now want more money from me that I was never advised off. My membership number is LPA 019487. Their service is pathetic as well, I wanted to use my week, but was unable to do so due to unavailability, even though their website advertised a holiday for the time "of your choice. Truth is you will never have a choice, you will have to take whatever they want to give you.
