Lpa

I currently have a contract with LpA,due to financial problems, and my husband loosing his job I called LPA to close my Contract, I spoke to a lady SONJA HAEFELE ,I explained to her I can't afford the holiday anymore ,she said unfortunately it's a 15 years contract, I must pay a settlement fee,I explained to her I'm going abroad and my husband is not working, she said she will load the settlement fee which added up to +_23000 ,I told her unfortunately I won't afford that amount,she further threatened me to say her attorney will deal will me.as far as I'm concerned I never took a house or a car or a cellphone from them so why should I be obligated to pay such a huge settlement. Furthermore she is unprofessional and she dropped the phone while I was speaking with her,she is unprofessional, and lackes client support. They even loaded an upgrade fee on my account this month,LPA thinks they can go into our account and make deductions as they wish, they not even SARS who given them the right to charge additional fees
