Leisure Portfolio Resort membership

This use to be a good company that is now administered by a bunch of clowns. I had 30 odd years of great service through QVC and then VRS but since I became a LPA member, I Had so many sour g****s that One forgets the good times. You can bank your weeks, it just goes missing, You can put your name on a waiting list for a opening and they just let it go without coming back to you. When I spoke to one of the clowns a day ago, he acused me of neglegence as I was suppose to check that my 3 years is not going to lapse, but they dont say I have put my name on the list for a cancellation and they failed to come back to me.... where were the good old days when this was run by real people
