I have the following debits running on my account. Account Detail - I LLPA***29 & NOX***5927 & LPA***77. I have been with LPA for more than 15 years. One of your consultants *****ently sold me a holiday on the South Coast that I have never been on. They misrepresented this holiday where I must go in the winter to a holiday place so far from Gauteng. I am 70 years old and want to sell this holiday off. I am going to take this matter further to the Ombudsman with regards to LPA **********ly selling me a holiday so far off and that I have to continously pay for a holiday that I have not enjoyed. Contact me immediately with regards to finding a solution or I will take this matter further. I cannot keep on paying for something which I have not enjoyed. I will take this matter further
