Leisure Portfolio empty promises

I received a call saying I attended one of their presentations before and part of other selected couples we can collect a free voucher to visit one of their locations, rate it and provide feedback. I went there on 6 September in Bryanston. I live about 60km from there but made the effort as I was promised a free holiday. On arrival I was told I must fill in info forms again and again watch a 40min presentation. I explained what was said but the manager and receptionist said they will listen to the call, and get back to me on Tuesday as Friday is a short day? In the interim I received another SMS inviting me to another presentation to collect a voucher and a phone call on Sunday again for a new presentation. I called their headoffice on Monday the 17th as I still didn't receive my voucher and again was promised results. After receiving another sms I called on the 18th to confirm if I should reply on this message, left a message for the person I spoke to on Monday, and it still hadn't been sorted out. They lure people under false presence and then cannot accept liability or responsibility for anything. Don't get caught under their lies. In total after all the messages and calls I should be sitting with several vouchers.. But they cannot even deliver on the first!!!!
