Leisure portfolio distrustful and cheatfull

They are distrustful. They charge absorbedent interest. They like to lie to clients .They are not people of there word. They cover up for there staff members. They do not educate there staff members. The supervisor does not know what he is talking over the phone. They cheat people when it comes to banking there weeks with RCI or DAE. If you thinking of buying timeshare from this company don't as you will ever be sorry just as I am. They rip people of. Company like this should be closed down. Promised me 9100 points if I payed my levy on Wednesday which I did but received 7300 points only instead of 9100.They now put the blame on RCI. The supervisor never contacts you back. He is supervisor only by name but knows nothing even terms and conditions of RCI or ,DAE. People if you considering buying timeshare from this company don't do so as you will be ever sorry like myself. They are a useless company and they are a cheat.

Dear Mr Coopsammy,

Thank you for your query, the contents of which have been noted.

Please note, records show you did not speak to the call centre supervisor, but one of the client liaison officers. Although it seems there was a misunderstanding in when your week was to be banked for points, the consultant has made an effort to correct the error. The point difference will reflect on your portfolio by early next week. He contacted the relevant persons before close of business today and requested for this to be corrected.

Please make sure to pay your portfolio fees by 3 full calendar months as per your LPA agreement to avoid this problem in future. This will give you a month to decide to which entity you would like to bank your week to. RCI requires you to bank your week at least 8 weeks prior to your occupation date in order to qualify for full points. The reason 7300 points were allocated by RCI and not 9100 is because you were already within the 8 week period, as was explained this afternoon. Your current issue will however be resolved by early next week. The consultant will be in contact with you as soon as your points reflect on your portfolio. DAE will also require you to bank your week at least 8 weeks prior to your occupation date, should you wish to bank to them in future.

The LPA supervisor will also get in touch with you next week.

We are sorry you feel this way about LPA, it was not our intention. But we trust you find the above in order.

Should you have any other questions pertaining to your LPA agreement or the LPA product, please don't hesitate to contact us on ***. Alternatively email us on ***

Kind regards

LPA team
