Leisure Portfolio Association -PLEASE DON'T TRUST ALL EMPTY PROMISES

I previously did a review on LPA on hellopeter, and feedback they needed my membership number for a senior consultant to contact me. Information were sent same day that membership number is 006882, and also mailed them that we struggle with Vodacom signal on the farm so to please communicate via email should they not get hold of us via phone. NO communication or any call from anyone so what they say in their feedback is also not true and consumers are not to trust what LPA is promising them at ALL. We are still sitting with our points but they logged us out of the portfolio so you are unable to book your points and only an automated response when you sent a mail that you will be contacted but is never happens. So all is all they take your money but NOTHING in return than empty promises. Do we have to go viral to get some attention from them?
