Leisure Portfolio Association and it's products and misrepresentations

Good day folks. please beware of this company. I will refrain from using the word "****" as in my experience it is worse! My wife and I were offered a 5 day getaway at Uvongo River Resort, by a Good Samaritan who is caught up in this so called vacation club and who cannot get out of the contract, Before we gladly accepted, we checked on Booking.com if it was a pet friendly resort as we had a small miniature puppy dog and the website indicated that it was indeed. (I stiull have proof of this but has since been changed) Unaware of what was waiting, we drove from Johannesburg all the way to Uvongo. Upon arrival we had to sit like idiots on the beach until 14h30 and after the numerous phone calls, were allowed to book in with a serious **** attitude by the staff at reception. The following day, I was almost arrested by staff, taken to the office and requested to leave the premises as it was not a pet friendly resort. After showing them the photo of the website and being treated like a ******** the staff decided that we can stay on. Two days later we were informed that the Good Samaritan who donated us the 5 day getaway, won a 7 day getaway which the person nominated us to be the lucky couple! My wife and I were requested to attend a presentation in an effort to sell us a share in this so called vacation club and we were told the representative "Rohne" that our one year gift will be activated in 3 minutes and that we will receive a reference number, website and voucher number to confirm our one year gift. After numerous calls, sms and wrong numbers as well as false information, we still have not received the so called one year gift! This is all false and misleading information, marketing and offers as the only goal is to get one to sign up in this massive money making **** before you get your so called one year gift! please folks, be very careful of this company, it's products, representatives and please learn from our sad experience!
