Just rude and lies all the time

<p>I reicieved a call from a ********** 782 number with the most rudest lady ever. </p> <p>She tried to tell me about a new system thatt the upgraded to because they went to court, </p> <p>However they will only assist me and infom me more about this system if i come to thier offices. </p> <p>I asked to speak to a team leader or a manager she tells me i cant and i cant always get what i want the way i want it. I told her if she doesnt want me speak to anyone i will log a complain on hello peter because there seems to always be a respond this way and he dropped the phone in my ear, what a joke this people are. </p> <p>So you have a new system. </p> <p>What is this new system?</p> <p>why only after you been taken to court you try to upgrade your system?</p> <p>If this is a system to improve your services, why not just improve it, do not tell me to change what i have, you change you back and to improve customer service. </p> <p> </p>
