ITS A TRAP!!!!

I totally agree with sentiments raised. I was trapped the same way and no cannot cancel. Last year the pandemic impacted everyone globally and top of it there was a lockdown so no one went on holiday.

Unfortunately i lost two of my businesses due to the pandemic which i explained and made an undertaking that i will settle my levies as soon as i have the funds.

Recently they sent an email to negotiate a cancellation, settlement and pay half of the debt then close the account. i informed that i will not take the cancellation offer as i want to use my allocation. i went looking for funds, managed to get and settled the debt, including all interest and collection fees. Now they are telling me i have lost my space because i have been owing levies, the very levies i made an undertaking to settle and eventually did.

Is this treating customers fairly? This is after overlooking their tricky ways in how they get one locked in in the first place.

Why would i borrow funds and pay double of what was offered for the cancellation and still lose our. Can someone explain who is taking this ********* company to task about their *****ed ways, please.

Once they have your money, nothing else matters, the consultants are rude and cold.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE PLEEEEEAAAAASSEEEE!!!!!!...WHERE MUST ONE GO TO HAVE JUSTICE ON THE ILLS OF THIS COMPANY?????
