Handed over without any notice!
What is the procedure for handing over an Account? Because September 2020 I spoke with Angela from VRS, after an email conversation and requested a cancellation fee and i never had from her again. I have been getting statements and the fee kept increasing month after month yet I had made it clear that i wanted to cancel. I didn't get any notices what so ever and then boom I am handed over to Carl John Attorneys! If I was given my cancellation fee 8 months ago, i would have paid it up by now, now i am expected to pay a cancellation fee within 2 weeks, i tried making arrangements but NO, LPA does not want part payments said the consultants from Carl John Attorneys. I desperately want to cut ties with LPA, it has been my biggest nightmare. I curse the day i got a sales call from them.
Kindly provide us with your membership number or contact the LPA call centre so that a senior consultant may assist you efficiently with the cancellation of the portfolio. We allow members to pay off the cancellation fees in instalments if it cannot be settled once off.
