********** MISREPRESENTATION

Stay away from Leisure Portfolio Association. They are now working to rob me of my hard-earned R15 000.00. PLEASE READ. I contracted with this company after they lured me into their wine and cheese presentation at a resort in Mpumalanga. This was in September 2019.

Their presentation sounded great and I signed in. The R15 000.00 reflected above includes R7971.65 of the 2021 portfolio levy and R8132.00 Total Foundation Fee.

I had payed my levy well ahead and and was working towards paying off the rest of the other outstanding monies.

Early last week, I contemplated renting out my January 2021 week. They now inform me that I can only rent out the week for R13 333.00. In their Financial Benefit Calculator, they have a figure of R38432.62 as the rental cost benefit. This is ********** MISREPRESENTATION!

When I ask to rescind the contract, Xenecia from Leisure informs me that their cancellation fee is R15 000.00. The exact amount that I have paid.

All I wanted to know, is why the rental benefit amount has now dropped fromR38432.62 to R13 333.00. Their answer is that the contract did not guarantee that they will rent out my week.

By virtue of the R38432.00 figure being on the contract and that they now want to dishonor it, its a clear indication of misrepresentation.
