**********, bullies and abusers !
This company is an abuser and a bully! Do not ever do business with them!
They accessed my account forced a debit order which was unauthorized and this is in contravention of the PASA rules or debit order rules! I
Never ever do business with these ******! You will regret it! I have given them an opportunity to refund my money back for the unauthorized debit otherwise I will be escalating this even further!
We cannot be bul**** like this !

They firstly invited us for a free holiday, they said nothing about contract and stuff, the gesture was that there was no string attached, you go to one of their holiday homes, you spend time with your family or partner and rate the experience of your stay! That is what they confirmed!
long story short, they claim I must pay R23000 penalty for for cancellation! ????????
I have not used any of their benefits because I realized that they were ****ing people! None of the accommodations are available and you never get service! Only once you raise a query you will be bul****!
NEVER DO BUSINESS with these people! I am taking my matter further! They do not even have the decency to call you!

Debit orders cannot be sent to the bank without a signed debit order form, which we seem to have on record for you. We would,however like to assist you where we can. LPA team

Point of correction this is not premature cancellation , LPA was the first to repudiate the terms of the contract by lying! I was invited to your premises under false pretense! Since we started , I have never received a single call, interaction from you except debiting my as you saw fit!
Secondly the contract claimed was entered into under duress despite your false marketing and advertising! I will provide details of this claim should there be a need and I am more willing to alert the public on how not to be lured to your false marketing! The worst part was when We refused to enter into a 15 years contract or paid the fee , we were kept in the office to wait for an executive to come sweeten the deal even though it was late! I can elaborate on this!
Thirdly! You failed on your part to perform, that is none of the hotels/resorts were available! Calls made to you were futile as none of your consultant ever responded to our queries or reverted back with assistance or help! We paid over R11000 and we still never got any service from your offerings, now you threaten me with R23000 cancellation fee! So in a nutshell you saying I must pay over to you R34 000 ? What would I have gained from you apart from your lies and bullying tactics? How do you justifying a cancellation fee of R23000 on top of a R11000 that I have not even received a single service or whatsoever? You mean I must volunteer a R34000 payout to you? For what? How have you enriched my life? You failed to deliver on the promises you made even though we were duressed into this Contract!

They have no shame or whatsoever! They are true capitalist! They chase money and even if it means going to peoples account to ***** it they will!
