Falls information and lack of correct communication

When we were on holiday at Mount Amanzi we were introduces to LPA. We have been members of QVC since 1999. During February 2016 when we were at Mount Amanzi we were confinced by Francois Leask that they can switch us from QVC to LPA. because it will be financially better due to the lower premium per month payable. Francois entered incorrect and untrue information onto the "new" contract in order for us to qualify for the switch to LPA, I did not agree on this false information. After numerous calls and requests the new contract was mailed to us. Needles to say that the information provided by Francois was not what we are now experiencing. He asured us that we are only starting to pay from January 2017 but since April 2016 there is three (3) debit order going off of our bank account. We also specifically requested holiday time between Christmas and new year for December 2016 which he did not have a problem with, but when we wanted to confirm the booking we were informed that they only have availability in January 2017. This time does not suite us at all as we need to start working again. There are so many untrue and incorrect information given that we up to this point could not get clear answers from Francois or Sean Mackrell which I spoke to over the phone. The amount of points that were accumilated up to know is also decreasing each month even though that we have not been away as yet. I'm really unhappy with LPA as the personel working for them are not as compatent as what they are advertising.
